# Organization and sharing

> Invite members to your organization and share a run with a public link

## Your organization

Everything in Tracks belongs to an organization: its runs, experiments, library, API keys and balance. Every member sees and can do everything, including spending the balance.

Your first sign-in creates your own organization. To create another, open the organization switcher at the top of the sidebar and click **Create an organization**. Rename one in **Settings**: links use its ID, so they keep working.

## Invite members

**1. Create the invitations**

Open your profile menu at the bottom of the sidebar, then **Members**, and click **Invite members**. Enter up to 20
email addresses at once.

**2. Send the links yourself**

Tracks doesn't send emails: you get one link per person. Copy each and send it to them. You find them again under
**Pending invitations**.

**3. They accept**

The invited person opens the link and signs in with that email address. Someone new joins your organization at their
first sign-in. Someone who already uses Tracks also finds the invitation in their organization switcher.

An invitation expires after 7 days. **Revoke** cancels one still pending.

## Remove a member or leave

On **Members**, **Remove** takes a member out right away. You can revoke the API keys they created at the same time; their runs and experiments stay with the organization.

**Leave** takes you out of an organization. Its last member can't leave or be removed: invite someone first.

## Share a run

A share link lets anyone see a run without signing in: its conversation, evaluations, settings, cost and raw output, live while it works.

1. Open the run and click **Share this run**.
2. Click **Create link**, then copy it.

A run has one link at most. **Stop sharing** breaks it for good, for everyone who has it; sharing again makes a new link.

> [!WARNING]
>
> Anyone with the link sees everything on the run's page, including what the agent printed. Check the run before sharing
> it.
