## tracks experiments create

Create an experiment from a JSON file

tracks experiments create [flags] <file>
```

Delete an experiment; its executions and their results stay

Launch an experiment: start a run for every scenario, variant, agent and repetition

| `--wait`, `-w` | `boolean` | Wait until no run is pending, checking every 10 seconds, then print the execution |
| `--min-pass-rate` | `integer` | Wait, then exit with code 2 when the pass rate ends below this percentage, from 0 to 100 |
